Title: Shutters after update.

after the last patch or update, i cant do a danged thing in MA, nothing but micro shutters. was 110% fine before hand, was getting a World error message after update, reinstalled game, now its shutters and shutters and shutters

The best thing you can do is use Fraps or some other utility to test your minimum and maximum fps, and then raise your minimum until it is as high as possible. This will mean lowering some graphics settings. It could also be that with your current hardware you never find a setting that brings you happiness. In that case you will have to invest time and probably money to find what it is that is causing the issue. So, change settings first, but with the aid of an fps monitoring app/utility so you can see the results.

DX9 with a slight fix of resolution in video settings on start up page fixed it <S>
