Title: reactivate old acct

HAving trouble reactivating even for off line. When I put in my old user "SKTurt" or Skturt1" (memory fails) I cant find a pw that works. When I try using the email oin record it tells me the acct already exists. Im back to combing for passwords again.

Call HTC, they'll help you sort it out.
