Monday Night Madness
8pm EST in the AVA arena
First of the Month Axis Vs Allies Setup--Battle of Britain!

On the First Monday of the Month, we run a Special Axis vs Allies Setup.
Tonight it will be Battle of Britain planes only!

we will be using a smaller terrain, with little to no fog.
Mostly clear flying, unless we get talked into adding weather.

Best historical plane set in AH. Logged in at 9:30 and there were still a dozen people there. Most excellent fights, as always. Thanks for putting this up.

I hate to mention this, because I'm sure you already know that the Mosquito was not a Battle of Britain plane?
If my memory serves me, there were three prototypes, one of each variant, (fighter, bomber and photo recon) and none of them had made their maiden flight until after the Battle. A good choice to balance the 110 though.
Sorry I missed it, sounds like it was more fun than a sack full of puppies :salute

Good point about the Mossie Badboy. Perhaps the Ju87 could be added as well; seen some amazing turn fights with that plane.

Was good stuff. I feel like the Hurricane Mk 1 is really overpowered in the turns though lol, other than shooting BBs felt like i could turn anything German for days

With the Hurri I, you can! Only plane that out-turns it is the A6M2. Set your convergence at 175 and don't take any shots over 200, and you'll see that those 8 .303s can really chop up what you're shooting at.

i tossed in the mossie, to counter the 110C. that was the only reason for it. i new it wasnt historical. but it certainly was fun!
