Title: v7 on buzzsaw map

For some reason the t34's are disabled at V7 when all other gv's are available.

7 was  originally a Flak Base that had some gv's enabled. When the map was updated to remove the flak bases the changed it to a vbase but failed to update the enabled gv's.
