Both Turkey and Austria offer support of Russian forces into Rumania. Some miscommunication as Turkey expected the Russian fleet in Sevastopol to relocate to Rumania.

Meanwhile, Italian forces have established a beach head in Greece. This can't be good news for the Sultan.

In the north, German, English and French forces were all involved in a battle over Belgium, now held by England. Clearly, the lines have been drawn and Germany can now see the writing on the wall. France and England are coming for a visit.

In addition, the Russian fleet quietly arrived in Sweden.

BIG WINNER: Russia. Friends everywhere and no real enemies.
BIG LOSER: Turkey. Only one build and no real advantage on position.

Russian Tsar was up late at Christmas party and submitted orders with big hangover.

He could not get fleet to move (many errors with way orders were typed) so he panicked and made the army move instead as he did not want to delay the game. This was crazy russian mistake as he did not get the build that move as well. Also he did not get chance to read all the late replies to his diplomatic presses. Now he will do so with clear head and thank those who offered support.

He wants to take Turkey and Austria out for vodka and apologize for not getting into the game properly that move.
