is named Lovie.   They couldn't find a snookums anywhere?  Great defensive performance the last 2 times out too.  I hope he's better than advertised.

With a name like "Lovie", you know he's going to bust his hump on the job just to overcome first impressions from his name.  He might be just what the Bears need.  He did ok with the Rams this year, despite a head coach that plays to tie.

I think Lovie will have a Bengals like turnaround in store for the Bears next year.  He's a brilliant coach.  With a name like Lovie, he has to be good.  Otherwise he'd get his but kicked every day after practice.

Next year -- Superbowl. The only question is whether they will beat the 85 winning record.

They have to beat the Packers first;)  IMO they best thing the Bears having going for them is Rex Grossmen, not Lovie. That guy is going to be one hell of a QB

Even as a Packer fan you're more optimistic than I am :) Grossman looked pretty exciting, but then he really had nothing to lose at the time and no real pressure.  A new offense coordinator would help too (and a pass rush and coverage and blocking and...).
