Server problems

Is something going to be done concerning server lag when many airplanes are in the same area. It's my understanding that the MA has a dedicated server, whereas SE shares server with the rest of AH ie; CT, TA, DA and webpage. I noticed huge lag while attacking bomber formations in Ruhr and again in Friday's SO when attacking a large group of Ju88s with many escorts.

The lag you are describing would seem to be related to the bomber groups.  They do put a significantly higher load on the client side.
The sharing of the arena on the server should not be an issue.  That server never has more than 300 or so players on it and as it used to be the home for the MA, it has proven it can easily handle 500 or so players.
