Wow! Nice to see a "Functional" rear spoiler too.

Cool car.  Reminds me of the GTS cars run in the ALMS racing series.  Would be nice to see a Ford entry taking on the Corvette and Viper (I don't consider the Saleen entry to be a Ford product).  Maybe they'll produce enough to qualify for the Speedvision World Challenge.  If so, then it'll be the hottest thing to come out of Detroit since Ford's other concept-to-production vehicle, the GT40.  Think Ford will actually try to sell both?  Or will the GT-R be domesticated and diluted down to a upgrade package for the new 2005 Mustang speedback?

Considering 95% of concept cars never make it into production, I'm guessing maybe a limited run of what you see, like under 1000, if any at all...lets hope I'm wrong!

I'm guessing maybe they'll produce a few for a factory-backed race team, then they'll try to sell a similar-looking exterior package with tricked suspension and wheels as an upgrade to the 2005 speedback, maybe as a Mach-something package.

Haha.. Rip you've been real interested in the Mustang lately, are you going to convert? Do I see a remodeling of your garage?

That is a mean looking car.
