Does the US use A4 paper size for computer printers?

NO...8.5 X 11 or "letter" sized paper.

A4 is an absolute pain in the neck.
Some will fall in love with life and drink it from a fountain that is pouring like an avalanche coming down the mountain

Hehe A4 makes a kind of warped sense once you start using the other A sizes - like A3, A2 and A5.
