The planes stay wings level with gear up landings with or without flaps.
Some planes, F4U1-C for example, with full flaps deployed, the flaps clip the runway(they are partly in the runway) and the plane bounces continuosly when stopped with gear up landing.
No problem exiting to the tower however.
