Hello world,
I'm new to this sim, I've been flying only since.... beta 1 or so. (snicker) I flew Air Warrior since it was in beta as well. So not withstanding the fact that I've been doing this for a few years and have a bunch of friends in both communities. I do still suck at flying tho...
So, what's my point you ask. Well, last night I was flying with some buds, you know checking out the new version that's caused so much fuss, and some guys I knew wanted me to tune to ch133 with them. Well on that channel were some names that you guys may recognize.
CavemanJ, Spivey to name two. WHINERS!!
I got a big kick out of you guys last night. Spivey, I love how you let the entire country know that each guy flying for Rooks out of the Southern Fleet last night was an idiot. LOL.
I even saw some replies from other people explaining that they were just enjoying themselves and didn't care what was happening on the other side of the arena.
So, could you let it go... nope... they're all idiots and dweebs. Hell, I agree, how dare they allow those evil knights, and Bishops to attack your personal harbor. I mean, Cod forbid!
Well, that was just the beginning of the fun. I was listening to the chatter on RW133 while this trash was going on. YOU GUYS REALLY NEED TO CHILL! And, btw, you know who you are, go play your Crimson Skies as you publicly threatened at least twenty times as though you expected someone to make a counter offer.
I'm just venting, but the idea is that the community makes the game for a lot of people including me. As I stated earlier, I've been doing this for years and ya know.... the game is great and all, but so are single player games. It's the people that can make or break it.
So, that's my vent.... fire away...
