Still can not dl beta 37 or any beta for thar matter loll. when I click web link it says:file could not be saved because it could not be read from the source" please anyone help me got this new machine for the new aces high 8( javascript:smilie(':mad:')

That would normally indicate a problem with the Internet connection.

I assume you are trying to download this file?

Makw sure you have file downloads enabled in IE. In the Security settings is where to look.
