I know this goes right at the bottom of the HTC list, if at all, since it involves changing the map room 3D icons and the plane icons, but...

Knights, Rooks and Bishops is based on chess. The community has latched onto the Aces High Cards theme bigtime.

We need the country names to be:

Aces
Jokers
Kings

It would inspire side loyalty and go in with the card theme. And to that end, just to test a theory I have, name what country your squadron would go into...

I'd have to take a vote, but my guess is the Pigs would end up as Jokers.

Yeah, "Chess Pieces High" just doesn't have the same ring to it.

Whoever said country loyalty was a good thing in a sim like Aces High?! Personally I think its a bad thing.

"Country" is just this type of game's word for "Team".

Team loyalty is a good thing.

LOL Ichi! "Squad" is this game's name for "team". "Country" is this game's name for the 30 people that were joining yet another attack on A1 while your squad captured 4 bases and a fleet.

Good Idea, just to kind of add to it a bit instead of 100 top aces theres only 52.. The Card Holders.. They are the only ones who can control ships/command. Top ace would hold the ace of spades bottom guy I guess would be one of diamonds.. I like that more of a card game theme too bad we don't have a forth side
