I removed any and all references I could find to AH2 then reloaded the game. At setup it was selecting the 512 res which I thought was odd since it used to pick the lower setting. I upped and everything is smooooooooooooth. Then the skins starting loading and slowly but surely the stutters returned....
Dunno if that helps or not. I will try this again and see if it does the same thing.
