Guns in AH unlike wb today, when you shoot something in AH, it usually dies.
Flight modeling takes some getting used to, but you will learn it. Planes will overstress in a good dive, so be careful.
They also mush and stall at slow speeds, so guard your speed.
Learning to set up your views is critically important, without setting them up right, you will have trouble with good SA. Get them set up right, you will love them.
Spend a little time checking out the key mapping feature. You can adjust the keys to do what you want, it comes in handy sometimes.
Fly rooks, obviously all the best flyers do.
One more thing, I would recommend you take Popeye up on the offer for a little get together in the TA, it will get you up to speed quicker.
