Ya the new stick config. I'm using works a lot better now.  
Cept I HAVE developed the "drift" ppl are talking about.
Been having to recal about 3 times a night.

I`ve had the evo for a couple monthes ,i never loaded the manufacturer disc either,worked fine....but the stick axis wasn`t smooth, felt like it was catching on something,so i sweetheartd it with wd40,figured what the heck...smooth as silk now tho i don`t know if it was the right thing to do or not it worked for me...
