I bought a Cadillac that was about the same year and size, for $100. It looked a lot like this beast. It had no exhaust system what-so-ever, but it had about 6 ash trays and cigarette lighters. It could ford a creek at 50 MPH pretty well, knock down some pretty hefty trees and had the smoothest suspension/ride at high speed on rutted roads that most folks wouldn’t dare take their delicate 4x4s down. There was an old trail that had a dirt mound/road block barrier across it. My $50 Toyota would sail over it with pretty big air. The Caddy, however, just shaved off the top half of the mound; I don’t even think it got airborne.
