ok this guy has great stats but he might as well be cheatin. every time i have been killed by this dear sweet fellow he has droped on me with great skill, evasion is usless, you evade him and 2 to 5 sec later hits score. if by some mirical you survive and get on his tail its suddenly warp city.
i am not alone in this several others have complained oddly enough he is the only fellow i have seen pull this off.(constant lagged hits)
can you guys see if he lives on mars (8 sec lag)and if in fact he dosent have a playable connect please inform him of this fact and do somthing, he drops on me every evening and its gettin old.

this is not a personal attack on 1999 he just has a huge unfair advantage and it is tiresome.

There are few players who I can even recognize by amount of warping I see

Ok, jokes aside. Maybe these guys didn't configure their connection for AH.

If so, here's what I did:
1. Right click on your connection icon (My Connection, for example) and choose Properties.

2. Choose 'Configure' button.

3. Now choose 'Connection' button, and then 'Port settings'.

4. Move both sliders to the left (Recieve and Transmit buffer).

5. Click 'OK'. Now choose 'Advanced'. In error control, uncheck 'Compress data'.

6. Click 'OK' as many times as needed to get new settings accepted.

Now, there is a program called MTU Speed, which can you download free from the web. Just find it with a search engine.

I have done this after Fishu's advice, maybe he can give some more info. I set max MTU speed to 176, instead of 1500 as my original setting. Some may have 576 as their original setting.

The MTU speed thingie helped me most. Planes no more warped and microwarped, or at least they did it way less than before.

Hristo,
I/JG 51

P.S.
I have v90 modem, and all settings listed here are based upon my experience and may not apply to your connection.

If he played from Mars he'd be lagging 40 minutes

He could have an bad connection.
