Subscribe to any free-registration website without having to give your e-mail address. Mailinator receives any mail sent to @mailinator.com and maintains the address for 30 minutes.

Just give theaddressyoulike@mailinator.com to the registration form, go to mailinator.com, check theaddressyoulike and the confirmation e-mail will be there. The address will just vanish in 30 minutes along with any e-mail received there

If you use firefox there's an extension for bugmenot... You just right click in the in
username or password text field and there you go.

You may have to try a few times to get a valid username but it works. Its no easier then just making one up on your own...
