An explanation

Well, as all my 190A5 flight in ziggys med league knows, I was a no-show today. Real life got me fellas, here's what happened...

My daughters 9th birthday was today, and my wife planned on having a party for her today, which was no problem, because it was planned for 4:30pm. Well, this morning I was given the news that the wife had rented out the local skating rink for the birthday, from 12-4pm, right in the middle of when the med league was supposed to be. I obviously had no choice but to keep the old priorities straight, and attend the party.

I shot an email off to camo with a brief explanation of the situation, I hope it wasn't too much of a hassle to come up with a replacement FL for today.

Apologies,
hblair

Whelp; I've asked all the allied squads to gimme their XO's email addys so I can brief both Co's and Xo's for main objectives prior to frame days. That'll help cure missing XO's.. if I can get 'em to read mail.

Worked like a madman trying to get our walk-ons slotted into squads.. as it was; only one p38 squad and the b17 squad was fully manned. Several of the allied CO's did not even get their staff breifs via email.. in any case; I'm trying to take steps to correct this, so somebody in each squad know their mission and patrol area; and can correctly brief the rest. Comms were really confused. RW crapped out like you'd expect.

Sure would like have some way to eject the rouges tho.. that pony and P38 caused way to may distractions in our comms as we tried to get rid of 'em. CM's need EJECT or SOMETHING. Other problems popped up too.. some of our pilots reported killing the same pilot several times. We need to brief better.. was getting questions quite often regarding reups...

YOU MAY LAND AND REFUEL/REARM. YOU MAY NOT REPLANE IN ANYHING OTHER THAN A GOON OR A GUNNER'S POSITION.

Need that stenciled on the terrain.

Had a blast.. and well flown; everybody. :0 can't wait to do it again.
