IIRC, they were served with a court ordered warrant for a search. They chose to fight it and they lost.

I don't like Kerry and I'm not voting for him.  So I don't really care how his presidency would go.

you do not burn 28 children alive.   You come up with a better solution.

messed up?  the guy they wanted to arrest jogged by em every day so they wait till he is boarded up inside with women and children?  and... what exactly did they accomplish?   They were looking for illegal weapons... they found none.   There were no illegal weapons in the compound that could be determined... no automatic fire came from it ever.  No sawed off shotguns or machine guns or explosives...  Just hunting rifles and semi autos.

Something that came out several years after the incident in Waco Texas is that the tear gas grenades used by the feds were also incendiary. The FBI tryed to say they didnt know the grenades were incendiary.

As a former military member trained in loading munitions on jet fighters, I know all muntions are color coded and personel are trained in what the color codes mean.

With that said, either the FBI agents werent trained properly or, the FBI is lying when they said they didnt know the grenades were incendiary.

Although I thought it was pretty shiity they killed all the children in the Waco attack that was supposed to be a good PR event for the ATF, I do care that they killed every adult too. Well, not those that jumped off the roof on fire in the confusion. They were quick to machine gun several that did try and get out of the inferno on ground level.

Those "wackjob branch davidians" had it coming I guess.

I just wish the ATF would target queers and liberals, they could win one fight finally, not F it up, and without a standoff.

Does New York's laws let the Govnr. pick her replacement?  Is there a special election?  

Bright side would be one less corrupted liberal with a vote in the senate.
