What % of regen is truck/train/resupply dependant?
In other words If a town/field is cut off from all forms of convoy and train supply and there are no player supply drops does it still regen and at what rate compared to that found should full train and convoy supply be available.
personnally I reckon it should not regen at all............... but was wondering as to the actuality.
