oops..and yes..Death penalty..but its not a guarentee..it will be found out next 2 weeks....

Im not sure..if its bettr death or..23 hours aday locked in a cell..

The death penalty in Cali is a joke. it just means he will spend the rest of his life wasting the states money and we are already broke.

He got his more then fair trail he should be marched out the back fo the building and shot in the head.

funny thing..the one juror who got kiked out early..said..If it was up to me..I would drop him in the bay

GTO..i hav emixed feelings about it now..Im not %100 on afterlife..Heaven hell thing....So..I almost figure..If you kill him outright..he gets the easy way out..If there is no hell....

But if you lock him in a Max Sec Cell..23 hours a day..that is a bit more torture like...

Im into torture for certain people.......Thh guys sniping people on the East Coast.."Malvo" guys,.,.....I mean..wtf..You shoot people with a 223. pumping gas....that pisses me off...Torture time
