warping/ isp headache again Skuzzy !!

well this started a couple of weeks ago . but since xmas its gotten worse .. and now im getting warping when i play alot exspecially during primetime us .
im now getting the udp tcp switch ingame almost everytime i log on also .

Ive called my isp and they were suppossed to watch my line .. but the idiots gave up after 24 hours .. i'm going to call again and use the good ole switch carriers threat  if they dont fix this soon .

so heres part of it in my ping plots . but this isnt the only problem i think .
Ive switched modems ,switches, phone lines , and check all my pc's throughly . the intermitent lag/warp while browsing or gaming effects all 3 pc's and happens to all 3 at the same time.

I'd give it a week or 2 more for the net congestion, caused by everyone online at same time due to holidays, to get back to normal.  

If you still have problems after that, then call about switch threat etc.

just a suggestion. do what ya want .

The packet loss on hops 6,7,& 8 i.e. Level 3.net & savvis are the problem....I do not think Skuzzy can help you here other then yell and the level 3 & savvis people, but it's there problem. the routers are maxed out and the first thing that gets dropped are UDP packets as they are a brodacast.

The problem with Savvis is something we are working on, however it does take a bit of time.  The holidays have definately taken thier toll on the Internet.

I appreciate the posting of the ping plot though.  It does help.
