Version 2.01 Patch 6 Changes

Removed a change to the brake model that was causing some planes to lurch around when their engine was ran up on the ground.
Fixed a problem in the new Track IR implementation that was causing some jitters.
Changed the error message when aceshigh.exe is launched outside of the default directory. This would happen when the a shortcut was not created correctly and the file was copied instead.
The clipboard is no longer affected by the detail level slider in the video settings.
