Re-activation issues
« on: December 18, 2004, 03:17:15 AM »
ok.. since all 3 of the E-mail links seem to be broken (keep getting a "return to sender" auto-reply in my in-box when i ry to use the billing and accoutn e-mails on the website. here's my problem

recently, i lost my wallet (along with my CC's) so cancled them.  Now im trying to re-activate my AHII account, but every time i try to enter in my old Login/password i get some crap about it being a invalid name/password.  So.. i try to create it again, and get the message that that name is already used.

now... when i click on recent password, and type in my old name, it says the passwords been sent,  But none of my e-mail's are showing anything new.  Did Hightech delete my old account (as it was inactive for about 2 months) then let someone else snag the name i had?... or is something else going on?

Any help would be apreciated.

when your account is closed or runs out it gets locked ... You can either set up a new account  with a new game id or call / email Billing@Hitechcreations.com

And Ask Jo-Ann to release your old game id  for ya ... (give her your new info if you start a new account , It makes her job easier )

They have always been very helpfull to me .

thats just how they do it .. its very rare that  a game  id gets  stolen around here . as this community is a pritty close  nit place.  Now for the bad news ... You'll be re-earning those perks  ... But if your good you'll be back flying 262's in less then a week .  Also since its saturday you may have to just play with your new account til monday when the office is open befor you get ur old game id back.

Are you using a MSN , hotmail  e-mail?
HTC gets bombarded by those at times and may not let them in to see them, just a thought.
