Film viewer crashes after new update
« on: January 28, 2005, 05:05:13 PM »
Hello,

Today you updated to a new version - the film viewer does not work now.  FYI - I was viewing films fine just previous to the update - after the automated update ran I flew a bit and wanted to see a film I had captured.  The film viewer now crashes.  No other installs or updates were performed locally on my machine.

New version looks great - but I sure would like to see the captured films now.:(

What I have noticed is films from the older version 2.0 do not work. HOWEVER, films from the latest release DO work.

The film I took last night will play up to the point where I got hits on a B17. Then it crashes.

The film viewer crashes...

The B17, if the film played right, would be seen to go down in flames not crash...well...it would crash...after it hit the ground...on fire...trailing smoke...

I should have mentioned that even films captured with the new version are not working.  The films work up to the point of getting hits.  Then the film viewer crashes.
