Maybe so, but I would disagree with the assertion that it comes from any type of political pressure. In fact, it really is the exact opposite. When you have a generation being taught by profession known as a bastion of liberals, companies that do nothing other than figure out how to better market to that generation through mostly liberal media outlets, and they start to rebel... who are they going to rebel against? Parents that both have jobs & barely enough time for their children, or the groups trying to pound ideas into their heads? Kids are going to rebel against whoever is trying hardest to mold them, and currently, it's the media, advertisers, & educators.

Which do you think highschoolers saw more of, VOTE OR DIE! on MTV or GWB campaign commercials?

"She sent the memo to 'misogynists anonymous', didn't you get it?"

she writes to some group called "misogynists anonymous"?  No wonder you see misogynists in every closet... perhaps that was a bad reference...

heck (hi mrs... ms MT..er ms-MT) I don't mind talking to your wife through you at all really... I'm just glad you quit using the expression "you go girl".

Indy.. I think that is about it..  the liverals have complete control over education and it really frosts their butt when the brainwashing doesn't take.   Kids are kids... they will allways rebel.   If they didn't I would worry.

I think school can play a huge part, I have several friends who went off to university conservitive, and came back flaming liberals.

Hell one came back from england a full on Commie. No joke he was all about how comunism would solve all the worlds problems.

Punk now works for Cab Gemini as an SAP consultant bringing in BIG cash...

LOL still a lib but has decided Comunism is not bad.

Still oh so worried about the plight of the poor though.

I find it interesting that the "liberal" teachers and media are being blamed for this.

Isn't Fox the most watched news station.  Aren't the Republicans holding the Sentate, House and Presidency?  Didn't Americans vote them in?  If these kids don't know about or care about their Constitutional rights I think there is probably another explanation.

You know, while I'm nowhere near liberal, I used to listen to Rush when he was funny (late 80's when he had a Compuserve forum). Then, after Bush Sr. invited him to the White House for a sleep over in the Lincoln bedroom, well he just got whinney and annoying (IMO)

But he has such wonderful TIES!  lol

It's not necessarily a bad design. It's the implementation that sucks. ;)

Don't forget the greedy people as well. :)

Question... does it not work because of culture or because of human nature?

What culture in the world does not have greedy and lazy people.

They all do, its a human thing.

Hence commyism is always doomed to failure on a large scale.
