I have a Smith 340 PD 5 shot revolver in .357 mag with enclosed hammer and it is made of scandium and weighs.... 12 oz.   yep... fits in your front pocket and weighs like a cell phone.   you can even shoot it from your pocket if you need to but... it would set you on fire and probly break some fingers.

For a woman i reccamend the Taurus .357 Titanium Snub Nosed revolver.It is very easy to conceal in a purse,and has the stopping power you need to defend yourself.
