We're planning to put out a new patch tomorrow.  Here's some details:

Made a frame-rate optimization.  As a result of this, the view range toggles(Shift F1,
Shift F2, Shift F3) have been changed from how they worked before.  The medium setting
(Shift F2) is now the default but that looks the same as the prior full setting except
with better frame-rate now.  Going to the full setting (Shift F1) will now show more
detailed terrain at a distance at a cost of frame-rate.  The short range setting can
still be used to achieve higher frame-rate than the default setting.

Reworked the cockpit of the La-5FN.

Added a torpedo loadout option on the Ju 88.  These torpedos are faster but have a
shorter range (2200 yards) than the Mk 13 torpedo.  The maximum drop parameters on
these torpedos are 210 MPH at 390 feet

Added a troop counter on the M3.

Added a cargo door to the M3.  You now have to open the door before deploying the troops.

Increased the minimum distance that fleets can operate in proximity to land.

Removed an invalid bomber start point from field 18 in the current terrain.

When carrying a drop tank and a bomb on the F4U, the drop tank now correctly
drains first without having to manually select it.

Free texture memory is now displayed next to the frame rate display.

Fixed a problem with 21 cm rockets not always firing correctly.

Changed the perk system to award points to the country that wins the war, i.e.,
the country that owns the most when a reset is forced.  The current award is
set to 20 fighter points, 20 bomber points, and 20 vehicle points for every
person on the winning side.  To be eligible for the points, you must be in
the country for the amount of time required before you can switch countries
again.  

The clock in the mission editor now refreshes itself on the fly.

Ejecting someone from a H2H game now prevents them from rejoining the session
for 1 hour.

Fixed a graphics glitch that could show fields or other objects through mountains.

Changed the auto-flak shooting mechanism to address the problem with the precision
shooting.  Removed the host fix that temporarily addressed this.

Changed some of the perk values on ground targets.  Easily destroyed targets such
as gun emplacements are worth less while harder targets like the HQ are worth more.

Missions originating from the CV now work.
