Skuzzy? Tuesday nite connection issues

The first few times I tried logging into the CT last night I was rejected (I know, I know, it should be a way of life for me by now).  Some times I'd just get a "connection lost" message, sometimes the AH program itself would terminate.  Finally I tried logging into the MA, and was accepted with no difficulty (they have no standards there).  I quit out of the MA and was then able to log into the CT.

An informal poll of others who made it into the CT last night revealed that nearly all of them had similar difficulties.

The Internet is in withdrawls.  As ISP's are trying to get back online in the Katrina affected areas, routes are boucing all over the place.
Then add the telephone network is taking more than usual bandwidth away from the data portion of the Internet due to call volumn and you have a nice mix of problems.

I hope it will stablize in a few days.  Just have to weather the storm.
