I think the down times are porked. Yesterday our radar was knocked out and didnt come back up for hours. Then earlyer today I came in and sat in the tower for about 15mins. then uped some Ju88s from A54 I think it was and went and bombed Leningrad. That was about 2 hours ago I came back on and noticed that the strat siad it was still down so I go fly over there and sure enough its still down. I just took a bomber hanger out at A1 ganna see how long it take for it to pop back up.
