I think hell have to install the game for that. Film viewer uses the textures, skins and stuff from the game to play the films, it doesnt work without the raw files from game.

Hell also need the terrains the films were recorded on. I guess hell have to download game and install it, dont forget to send him the terrains hell need. I think that CPU/vid card specs dont need to be as high for watching the films (compared to decent FR ingame).

Or you can get FRAPS and save your films as avi.

Just found the "save as AVI" option in film viewer.

That'll do the trick for him.

Thanks for answer tho, appreciated.

Ive never managed to get that 'save as avi' to work. Not sure anyone has ever done so, but if you manage, tell me how it works out. All i know about it is: its takes forever to get an avi and its buggy as h***.

At http://www.fraps.com you can get a free version of fraps that records 30 sec avis (easy and fast, just hit the hotkey while playing the film). If you want more than 30 sec/less filesize, use Windows MovieMaker to create an wmv out of the avis.
