Is the internet going to become the CB radio of the 90's?  I'm kind of glad I didn't make that last big upgrade.  Some of my favorite sites are going down.  There seems to be less, and less, in the area of entertainment.  Most of the freebie stuff has gone pay.  The video stuff never really made it to the level of convenience, and quality, that we get from TV.  I thought the video phone thing might put it over.  But, I have seen it on state of the art rigs (not lab stuff) and frankly it ain't that hot. I cant help but wonder if its not going to be like that fad of the 70's.  I know for business it will always be a useful tool.  But what the heck.  Truckers still use CB's.
