I am trying to figure out some fuel consumption values for the BMW801 and R2800.
Allied Aircraft are so easy, the information is everywhere. Not so easy with Axis. Translation especially

Are those imperial gallons listed? Our A8 has 170 Gallons (US) which would seem to confirm that the A8 chart was measued in Imperial gallons.

That's out of George's excellent book. If you get the chance get a copy. Unfortunately it is out of print.

It comes from a translation he done of the A-8 a/c handbook in 1973. Printed in Canada in 1974.
