Rgr, just wondering because that thread appears to contradict it (both Littman and Hotseat posted to it)...

So that price is confirmed?

Hmmm that's pretty nice.

-Beta period could change
-price could change
-AC could change
-my underware could change.
Basically nothing is set in stone, yet

"underware"?  Is it a requirement for someone to work in the online flight sim community that you have horrible grammar and spelling?  I am far from perfect, but the folks at HTC, CRS, iEN seems to mangle the language more than anyone else.   :D

$9.95/mo unlimmited play is what it costs now Skurj.  I wouldn't really expect them to keep it at that price when WB2 is actually more expensive.  In the thread wulfie links above, Mr. Litmann gives no promises as far as future pricing goes.

Hehe...then I think the title to this thread should read from the Horse's other end.

I saw the same thread where HS and Littman are not saying what the price will be when it's released.

Don't get me wrong, $9.95 would be great, I just don't think that's what was said when referring to the long run.

WB III sucks. when i read the post i thought i would give it a try. it sucks. graphics suck. plane modeling sucks, plane reactions suck. i'll stick with the 30 bucks a month here. its much more worth it.

Yeah, i dunno what gives Jay was bein bombarded with questions about it, once he made the statement.
For August wb3 is free for anyone (no current account needed) and then he said it would be unlimited play as part of the silver plan.  Who knows what the future holds.. once the plane set gets filled out to the point that 3 can replace 2.77 perhaps the pricing will change I dunno.
IMO the graphics are as good or better than anything else out there.  The towns and villages seem even better than most of ww2ol's.  Granted the terrain textures aren't very thrilling.  The cloud/haze layers are well done, the sunset/rise effects are real sweet, and framerates are awesome for me.
Oh yeah... and their PZIV at least visually puts the AH one to shame.

I'd pay $19.95 fer aces b4 i'd pay 9.95 for wb's, but such is life, ya can't have everything u want.

$9.95 per month would toss WB III out of the sim universe into the 'leet' domain of AW III and Fighter Ace.

I'm not a fan of WB's but that would suck.
