Question About Starforce Tools
« on: April 06, 2006, 11:44:16 PM »
Hi guys, been a while since I played AH but this still is the best forum (IMHO) for tech support that I've found.

Just wanted to ask a question about a program called Starforce Nightmare.

I have a copy of GTR which uses Starforce and I was messing around with Starforce Nightmare to see if I could get it to run without the original CD.  I have given up trying that and am content with using my original disk rather than mess around with disabling drives etc.

My question is: is there a way that I can check that all the settings on my drives are back to default after messing around with SFN?

Everything appears to be okay but SFN has options for disabling nodes, channels, IDE masters etc without any feedback on their status.  I'd like to reassure myself that all is as it should be.  Does anyone know what I should check for?

Cheers,

mako
