20 Minutes after 9 AM, the Prinz Eugen heard the drone of Engines. Less than a few minutes later, The Prinz Eugen was a flame and taking on water. The RAF attack on the Prinz Eugen was devastating, her forward turret detonated after RAF Tarpons dove in and sunk her with iron bombs. She split in two and dissapeared seconds later in the enourmous explosions. Her two escort destroyers, succumbed to the RAF air attacks not long after. Desperate calls for help were heard on Kriegsmarine radio. Numerous Luftwaffe pilots swarmed the attackers, when they arrived overhead the Prinz Eugen was already gone. An burning oil slick filled with survivors and debris was all that remained.

Later that same hour the first of the German Bombers appeared over 116 and decimated it. Three Hangars and its radar tower were destroyed. Early German reports claim that only one JU88 was lost to enemy action. Luftwaffe fighter pilots were coming back all smiles, and their ground crews were amazed at the stories of heroism and cunning.

The RAF had paid dearly for the Prinz Eugen, Scores of Tarpons (TBMS) and 12 Bostons were lost to enemy action, and numerous pilots failed to return from their sorties over the channel and France, But theres no time to dwell on losses and failures, there's still two more Cruisers heading for Dover looking to breakout.

Only one days left of sailing for the remaining Cruisers until they clear the straits of Dover, Can the RAF put the two remaining cruisers under?

SCORES:

ALLIES: 875 Points
AXIS: 1640 Points

CM AAR: Good Showing, even with the new patch we had 250 players. We had some infractions on both sides. Some kills were removed from both sides as well. Had the Allies sank some more ships, or managed to destroy there ground target, they could have easily swung it there way.

CM's will now be searching the roster with more care, and any player who does not show in a proper squad will also be asked to leave. Incedences like this ruin the game for others and will not be tolerated.

See you next week for Frame 3! Orders have been sent!
There must also be a flyable computer available for Nefarious to do FSO. So he doesn't keep talking about it for eight and a half hours on Friday night!

I will take responsibility the Allied loss..

I recalled 3 TBM squads to rearm after the PE was sunk. Initial reports were sketchy, and I caused the Allies many air to air losses because of it.

We may have found one or two more cruises and swung the battle our way.

My first instinct was true as to where first contact was..

Note to future CiC's. It's not always what it seems to be, and stick with your plan!

SALUTE!
