The needle's center of rotation is off, and too far to the right. This makes it misleading as to which position your flaps are in. When on the 4th notch, it actually points at the last marked point on the instrument, but it then goes past the instrument for the 5th notch. It looks like it's a simple mis-alignment, but worth reporting.
