Basco, there is a ton of stuff to learn for this game.  Probably the easiest way to get you going is to check out the help pages here.  There is a lot of useful information there.

You can also go to net Aces. Check out the "Before You Fly" and "Off-Line Prep" sections.

Finally, the Training Arena is usually staffed with someone from the AH2 training group.  You can almost always find someone in there to help you.
