AH Downloads cant access from desktop

For some reason my download of AH is screwy. I can play well, have a good connection and resolution, yet when I open the AH program in my desktop it begins installation process. Thus I cannot use the sound modifiers or some other customizations. (I think this may be the reason I cannot review films). Is there another solution or should I download again?

I am not sure what you mean by download but, I learned never to download anything from the auto downloader at the HT logon sight. Instead, I go to the Hitechcreations webpage and click on downloads and get files from there. By doing it this way, I get the same files but much faster.
