Partially right. It is "The Ripper", but not a cover band -
It´s the original version from Priest´s 1976 Sad Wings Of Destiny Album

2nd song? Just a guess, but it sounds like Manheim Steamroller.

1st song is definatly Judas Priest, The Ripper.
