Okay, I used to use Photoplus for animated GIFs. But, on my new computer, it wont let me register with Serif, which means I cannot export said GIFs. So, does anyone else know any other free software? I am not in a place where I can afford to pay for anything like photoshop. Your assistance is greatly appreciated!
