Cool video I found on youtube that I figured some of you would like.

From what the poster say's, it looks like the Frames in the video camera were in perfect "sync" with the rotor blades creating this camera effect.

If I were to geuss, it's either post-editing, or a trick related to the frame rate of the video camera.
