I guess it was just pairing the controller to the PC?

Nope the PS3 controllers work with PC's. I have heard about it but this is the first time I have seen someone who can somewhat confirm it. I know the Xbox360 controllers work with the PC and you can fly, drive, etc... in AH with them.
