How do you view recorded video?

how do you adjust the salvo # for bombs/rockets?

If anyone can help me with this, I 'd appreciate it.

You use the Film Viewer to view recordings that you created in AH.  It is part of the download.  In XP go to Start,  ALL Programs, Select the AcesHigh folder and you should see the viewer listed.  You can not, repeat not, be in AH2 and open the viewer at the same time, Also if you have the viewer open, you can not start AH2.

Hope this helps..

Go to your AH folder and locate the "Films" sub-folder.  Anything you've recorded will be in there.  Double click and you're off and running.

Set salvo by calling up your text radio and typing in ".salvo x" where x equals your desired salvo size.  You do the same for setting intervals as ".delay x" where x equals release delay in seconds.  I don't believe you can salvo rockets, just bombs.  I'll have to try it.

All this info (and MORE!) is available on the trainer's website here: Hammer has an outstanding writeup including intervals and salvos under "Level Bombing Techniques"

1.  Go to your program listing & Open the Aces High folder.
2.  Open the Film Viewer program.
3.  Open the file you want to view, and proceed form there.

From this point on you really need to go to the Aces High Home Page
at this link   http://www.hitechcreations.com/frindex.html  .

Aces High has a pretty steep learning curve, all of the help you need is listed there and can be down loaded.

Then go the to the training arena and ask any of the trainers there or others there to walk through the areas you have questions on the flight dynamics of the various planes.:aok :noid

The salvo command will set the salvo for all your external stores the same.

If you set the salvo at 2, anything you fire will go off in pairs. Bombs, rockets, drop tanks , etc.

So you need to be careful.

I figured this out the hard way. I was sitting there for 1/2 hour clicking the AH Film Viewer icon on my desktop. Then, AH had an error (probably from all my clicking) and terminated. Then Film Viewer popped up!
