Player vs. Player statistics

Some time ago, I played another online game in which it was possible to look up your stats against other players.  That might be a cool feature.  How many times have I shot down so-and-so?  How many times has he shot me know?

If this already exits, I apologize for my ignorance and would someone please enlighten me with how to access it?

A new dot command would work.  .pstat
