What if a different color (green, purple, blue, whatever) were given to newer player's names on the roster?

Benefits:

- People can see who needs help; and

- People can check the roster before flaming someone, (hopefully) opting for leniency and support because they are new, therefore (again, hopefully) limiting the amount of smack talk and insults flung their way (and - hopefully - thus keeping the new guy interested longer).

Drawbacks:

- A few shade accounts will feel as though everyone is trying to hold their hand and cuddle

go even to the next step put if a noobs in a fighter make it a diff color so you dont have to waste alot of ammo killing him.

Usually the new comers have a rank of zero, or 4000 some. Check their scores, if they have only 5 flights - Their new.

But this would be good to add so we can help out with them and say "go to TA" before they ask "How do i fly?"
