Lead Computed gunsight?

"The Lead Computed Gunsight only works when you enable Friendly Lock (alt+tab) and select your target."

Does this actually work? I was reading another post and quoted the sentence above... anyone got any info on this? didn't know we had the LCG in AH2, and if so, how is it activated and what are it's effects? Thanks in advance to anyone that can answer my question.

Getting technical but I believe you have to enable it in offline mode with a few setting changes.
It definately is enabled in the Training Arena as stated.
Far too many, if not most, people on this Board post just to say something opposed to posting when they have something to say.

Greetings All,

It would be great to know how to do this. I've been trying to set it up offline. I'm going to search the forums now as I should have before I posted here:o

here it is

You can also do it off-line with the drones, but they don't evaid well.
From the clipboard- click options, Arena Setup, Enviroment, and Arena Settings. Scroll to FlightModeFlags and dubble click on it. Check the Lead Computing Gunsight and Dive Bombsight(if you like) and click OK. Then press Save if you want it that way evey time you go in the offline game.

To attack friendlies you still need to enable 'Friendly Lock' with the Ctrl-Tab commmand.
Highlighting the specific target is done with the tab key.

it places floating green cross hairs where you rounds are set at. So in a lead turn you pull lead on the bogie, put your pipper on the green cross hairs, and fire to score hits.
