Was for me...I don't know if it's the map, # of players in one arena, or holiday intardnet traffic, but I definitely was feeling it last night.
Never got booted, but would consistently get 30 sec text buffer lags and planes flying through the ground only to reappear somewhere else a few secs later. Still playable, but with periods of weirdness.
